    I completed all the forms, digitally signed the forms and it told me I was finished and to print out my receipts. Imagine my surprise when the IRS told me that I had not filed and now they claim that I never completed the process. I HAVE THE COMPLETED FORMS! Nuts. Turns out you have to get an email confirmation or it is not done. They resolved my issue and sent a letter to the IRS. I am raising my rating from 1 to 3.
