  We went with ConsumerDirect Mortgage for our refinance because they had some of the lowest rates and it looked like lowest fees. That turned out to be true, as well as really good customer services. They were on everything quickly and promptly, they were very professional. It took a little longer that I would have thought, but that had more to do with them than me! I would not reply as promptly as they sent stuff and things would end up in my spam folder. That's on me, not them!!! It was all electronic, I think only 1-2 papers were not eSigned before closing. And with those, I was able to print, take pictures with my phone, then upload them. That was extremely convenient. Communication was always really clear and they delivered on what they said they would do. Our closing was a breeze. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again.
